Rates: $US

Monthly: $3,200
Weekly: $1,200
Weekend: $500, two night minimum
Week Days: $175 per night

Tax and cleaning added:
Local Taxes: 9%
Cleaning Fee: $75.00

Please check our calendar for availability and contact us for reservations. We will send you a contract. A deposit of 50% of the total rent will hold your reservation with the balance due two weeks before arrival. Payments can be made by credit card on our payments page.
